Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery areas and times

Printed books: we deliver worldwide.

eBooks: delivered by download link sent to your email, usually within a few minutes of payment.

• United Kingdom: within 14 days of your order
• Rest of the world: within 21 days of your order

These times are estimates. We will deliver within the time in our Terms of Sale and in any case within 30 days of your order, unless we agree otherwise with you.

2. Delivery costs

The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. eBooks have no delivery cost.

3. Damaged, lost or wrong items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If a book is damaged, missing or not the one you ordered, email [email protected] within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

If your parcel has not arrived within the time above, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.

4. Returns and refunds

You can cancel a printed-book order within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at [email protected], then return the books in their original condition within 14 days. We will email you the return address.

We refund the price and standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the books back, or of seeing proof of postage.

eBooks cannot be returned once the download has begun, as explained in our Terms of Sale. This does not affect your rights if the eBook is faulty.
